Join us for a day of summer inspiration as we tour two beautiful dahlia gardens and gather for lunch, learning, and fellowship. This is a wonderful opportunity to see midseason dahlia growth, ask questions, and learn from experienced growers and educators.

Stop #1: Worley Flower Farm
2682 New Leicester Highway, Leicester, NC 28748

Tour the working flower fields of Worley Flower Farm & Market, where dahlias thrive alongside a variety of other cut flowers.

Stop #2: Debbie McElreath’s Garden
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Enjoy lunch and tour Debbie’s personal dahlia beds, followed by a special educational presentation:

Pollinator Talk
Presented by members Ralph Harlan and Gerri Allen, this engaging 45-minute session will share essential bee facts and firsthand experience with beekeeping. Learn how pollinators like bees support a thriving dahlia garden and what it takes to care for a healthy hive.

Important Note:
Please bring a chair for the lunch and presentation portion at Debbie’s, as outdoor seating is not provided.
