• A recap of our 2023 show
• tentative date and location for our 2024 show
• awards for 2024 show
• discussion of our mission statement, by-laws and code of conduct
• the Southern States meeting on October 21
• a tentative plan for monthly meeting for next year
• officers for 2024

And any other business that may come up.
