You do not have to be a member and there is no charge for showing or viewing.

Days: 9/8-9/10/23

Open to the Public: 12 noon to 5 PM

Location: Haywood County Extension office, 589 Raccoon Rd, Waynesville NC 28786

Staging: Friday until 9:00 PM (doors will be locked until facilities open at 7:00 AM on Saturday
Judging: Begin at 9:00 and expect to finish by 12:00 noon. Then open to the public for viewing.

NOTICE
Due to a scheduling conflict this year, we will have to set up early on Friday morning before we can begin staging. Sorry for any inconvenience but it could not be helped. However, we plan to move everything from the shed and leave it in the area where we have been having the tuber sale on Thursday to help on Friday. Any member that can assist please meet at the shed at 9:00 am on Thursday.

Sunday from 12:00 till 3 is take down and clean up. As always it is greatly appreciated if you can help with this on Sunday.
